Wednesday Evening Lenten Worship

Join us for worship on Wednesdays during Lent (through March 21), as we hear God’s Word and worship around the theme, “Jesus Christ Is Our Great High Priest.” Priests in the Old Testament had the role of offering animal sacrifices to God for the sins of the people — but first they had to make sacrifice for their own sins. But Jesus had no sin, so he did not need to make sacrifice for himself. And, as the sinless Son of God, he gave up his own life as the perfect, once-for-all-people-of-all-times sacrifice for the sins of the whole world!
